Mine too.. using Squid Version 3.1.0.15-20091212, and running on
configuration of TPROXY 4, have a problem on upload, squid often error
when upload facebook photo, attache an email on GMAIL or Yahoo, etc..

manual in http://wiki.squid-cache.org, like this :
ebtables -t broute -I
