have squid make the request for the
resource and instead of using the bot's cert, the squid client would
use the chained cert that I have loaded with squid?

FYI to the list:
I had commented out the never_direct allow all config parameter.
Uncommenting this solved my problem.
Sigh.

Am I missing something obvious?

So my question, is there a better way of doing this?
Does someone see anything wrong that is keeping this from working in 2.6?
Thanks,

Amos,
Is the redirector requirement something new? We don't have it on our current
Squid configuration which is running on version 2.2 STABLE 13.

I don't mean to be a pest, really, I am just very interested in the development of
Squid 3.x and this is is a pretty major feature for reverse proxies.
I am very willing to test and contribute bug reports, etc.
Thanks,

ver reason I would prefer if only that request was
affected and not the entire server.
Can you offer any advice?
Thanks!

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jake
P.S. Should I send this (and other 3.x questions) only to squid-dev or something?
(with appropriate testing)?
I would like to have a hardware load balancer in front of a group of (Squid) reverse
proxies doing sticky load balancing to backend web/app servers.
Is anyone on this list using Squid for this purpose, is there a common solution?
Uncommon? ;-)
Thanks in advance,
Jake
