Does anyone know if squid has a limit on the access log file size, everytime
my squid access log hit 2g, squid dies, although the file system supports
largefiles.

Is squid capable of doing this kind of redirect?
it gets a request from a client to go to some URL, but it sends back an new
URL and ask the client to go to this new URL instead.

Just compiled and installed squid 2.5STABLE5 on solaris 8, but it keeps
dying every time I tried to start squid. (truss shows it Received signal
#14, SIGALRM, in sigsuspend() [caught] It must be something simple but I
just can't figure it out. Anyone might have a quick answer?

found the problem right after sent the last msg out. the error_directory in
my squid.conf is wrong.

I am trying to compile squid 2.5 STABLE5 with enable-ipf-transparent option,
but the configure gave the WARNING: Cannot find necessary IP-Filter header
files Transparent Proxy support WILL NOT be enabled.
Where is it looking for the header files?
