Henrik replied with the possibility if you can hack the OS you are running,
as it is dependent on the TCP stack of the OS.

Which is normal to change the name of the exe file according to the state
of
the windows being patched.
For me it is not a virus, in fact not doing this ( updating Windows) is the
real threat you are facing.
