[squid-users] Bandwidth shapping is lost when 'squid -k reconfigure' is executed

Hi squid users, I'm using delay pools to shape the bandwidth from some ip addresses. If a user starts to download some file from Internet, its download falls into the shapping, i.e., the delay pools is working as expected. Whenever a 'squid -k reconfigure' is executed during the users's download
