It is not 20 KB/s. It is limiting to Delay pools
limit. (I have written time based ACLs giving more

with delay pools enabled.
Squid 2.5.14 never rate limited the local TCP_HIT
traffic at delay pools rate. Local TCP_HIT traffic
worked at LAN speed.
But Squid 2.6.13 is rate limiting the TCP_HIT
traffic also delay pools rate. Is this

In Squid 2.6.5 there is still problem with delay
pools. When using class 3 delay pools, individual user
is getting as specified but the total pool is not
limited as specified.
I switched to Squid 2.5 stable 14.

Delay Pools in squid 2.6 stable 2 (20060814) seems
not working..
It is perfectly working in Squid 2.5 stable 14.
So I had to revert back to 2.5 Stable 14 for delay
pools. Otherwise my bandwidht is never in my control..
Any Pointers???
