Thanks all for the help, now to make backup copies of all these files (which I had

Hi all,
I have the Squidalyser that Henrik has kindly placed on the Squid site, however it
has no instructions as to how to setup the database. If anybody has these or knows
what to do I would appreciate some help

If I read this right, any user on your network is allowed unrestricted
access to the internet??
If so why use authentication in Squid at all? IP's should still be logged to
the logs.

Sounds very much like the problem I was having. Turned out that even though
I configured Samba with the correct otions it was not building correctly
until I did a Make Clean.
When you do the test on wbinfo do you get back the plain text and ntlm
authentication ie there should be two resposnes. See
