Dear All, There is special requirement in my network such that some of the specific websites needs to be forwarded to specific cache peer. I want to forward youtube request in one proxy (suppose cache1) to be forwarded to another proxy ( say cache2) and cache2 fetches the content and give back to

Dear All, I have been facing strange problem with Facebook since yesterday. Facebook was working fine with my Squid since last 1 year but since last 2 days I have been experiencing strange problems. Sometimes some page browses properly and sometimes not. Only blank page is seen most of the times.

Mr ED, Changing the FD value from limits.conf and including the ulimit -HSn 4096 in squid daemon does not change the default squid FD limit. This needs to be done in compile time. Recompile your squid and run ulimit -HSn 4096 after compile and before make install. That will work. Regards,
