I solved it.
Just enable arp_filter to prevent arp flux:
sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.all.arp_filter=1

Logs on /var/log/messages came from iptables so just disable it.

I've read some about pre tuning for squid, a lot of thing to do with
cache dir, file system etc.. but I am didn't see any advice about
network (i.e: reduce timeout, keepalive time ...). Did you do anything
like that? Any exp and advice would be great! Thanks!

I'm learning squid with Squid: The definitive guide. The book show
