I want to use a squid in two ways:
1. in transparent mode for the regular users.
blacklisting using squidguard is enabled, which works properly:
regular users can't see blacklisted content.
2. as a non-transparent proxy for high-profile users: they fill out
the proxy settings in their browser,

In the archives I've found the answer to my question: how can I use
multiple redirect programs?. Or that's what I was thinking.
