hi all
I have upgraded from squid 2.7stable6 to 2.7stable9 but since then it is not
caching youtube content. I have another machine with the same config but
2.7.stable6, seems to cache youtube fine. Is there some different way of
configuring stable9 for youtube cache ( as far as i have check

hey all,
Can any one recommend or share their experience for good hit ratio and ideal
partition size ?.
Does having multiple directory have any effect or there should be only one
directory per drive ?

iowait when the cache reaches cache_swap_low. What we have observed that it is
constantly stuck at cache_swap_low. If we purge the cache it starts to work
fine again until cache hits cache_swap_low mark.

i am getting this in my cache.log, what this error mean ? is there any
misconfiguration ?

is there a special way of compiling 64 squid; i dont see any configure options
for 64bit compile.
i have compiled it but it seems it is possibly causing kernel panic.
i m using squid 2.7stable6 , kernel 2.6.31.13 , 64bit debian lenny.
any help will be much appreciated.

i am trying to build squid-2.7stable9 tproxy
with a bridge setup. The kernel i m using is 2.6.30.10 custom compile
with tproxy support ( not patch as i am guessing the tproxy support is
there ). squid 2.7stable9 keeps giving me error:
