I thought that this would have been straight forward.
In an Ubuntu machine, I use proxy 172.16.101.3 as the proxy for
browsing. This does not require any user name or password for access.
I installed squid3 in this machine and set 127.0.0.1:3128 as proxy in
the browser. Also in the
cache_peer 127.0.0.1 parent 3128 3130 default
the above link points to the same server ! probably incorrect , you
must use your parent IP address instead (172.16.101.3)
