Does anyone know a GUI to configure squidguard ?
I have already tried webmin but it's deprecated...

Don't know of one, but we've done bugfixes on the Webmin module, though
it is still imperfect (error handling), added a config backup feature,
and have used it as recently as Webmin-1.8.0.
