I got to know that only ICAP responses 100, 200 and 204 are supported.
Any idea when the responses 201 will be supported.
The comment in the source files says its in the to-do list.

Seeing 201 in ICAP do not make much sense to me. The 201 status code do
not have a clear mapping to ICAP
