That is pretty high nut nothing unseen, on modern hardware Squid is
expected to handle 3-4 times that load without issues.

I have problem with streaming, after squid streaming effect very badly. Do you
have any idea how to fast streaming
Also suggest if any cache changes, if it possible that it cache streaming if
any one require cache HIT?

I don't think so, its rather depends of filesystem that You use for
cached objects.
Of course its possible to control disk usage with cache_dir for
example: cache_dir aufs /cache/ 10 16 64 where 10 is maximum
size of cache director
