[squid-users] Squid Hangs

Hi, I regularly get squid hangs (around once a month or so). When I say hang, I mean browsing through Squid runs very slowly and CPU utilisation is 100%. I just restart squid to clear the hang. I ran squid -k debug during the hang and I will past the output below. Any ideas? Thanks Daniel -

Hello! We are using Squid Version 2.4.STABLE6 under Debian woody. Once a day the Squid hangs, after restarting the service, squid still does not work. After rebooting the host, Squid works again. messages and syslog appear to be ok. Any idea of this erratic behaviour? Thanks in advance

Hello Marc, Thanks for your response. Nothing in cache.log or access.log. In previous mail itself i'm telling that, able to start squid, it alos runs with 2 process. But when i try to send request using squidclient http://www.google.com, it hangs as "HTTP request sent: waiting for response."
