All,
I have spent a while trying to find something good to load test a
Squid-Cache, forward proxy mode, in order to get a good idea as to what
the proxy can handle, what its response timings are, etc. I would like
something similar to SIPP, but I can't find anything online about what I
am

Yes, but of what value if you don't know what it means or what was
actually tested?
