[squid-users] What would you suggest?

I have a network of about 30 users that use the internet to do their daily job. Would putting in place a dedicated squid server with about 30+ GB 7200 RPM, Red Hat 7.2, 512mb ram, AMD 1.3+ processor work or do I need something more powerful or could I get by with something less powerful? What
