What are you trying to do?
The language package at
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/langpack/
contains the templates for custom edits.
If you are wanting to add or improve a language please try the Pootle
i want to change the frontend
i already learn how to put image
but i dont know how to edit with css :(

manually cut-n-paste the whole CSS text into the error templates
style tags where the %s is.
so this one will work ... hmm i c

host the .css file publicly and replace the style tags in each
template file with:
link rel=stylesheet type=text/css
