Thank you, sir Amos for your reply. I've added the example in my config

Dear All,
I was browsing through the Squid's config examples and got to this page:
http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Chat/YahooMessenger
about the Yahoo Messenger. From what I understand, that is to deny
access to those Yahoo IM servers. Why would we need that? What if we
allow it?

You have been sign out because you signed in on a
different computer or device
This normally happens when people allow their systems
to login to ym automatically. They forget this and try
to login to ym on some other system.

I have the same problem here and it's not about logging in automatically. still
haven't got solution.

Can someone explain me how the yahoo messenger client is gets

We validate our squid users using ntlm schema and internet browse work fine,
but we couldnĀ“t login to Y! messenger service. The Y! program was

This is a piece of access.log squid file.

HAHHAAHA -- every one ask how do we block this and you are asking how to allow
it.
Anyways I believe NTLM is a Microsoft standard, either way yahoo messenger must
support NTLM authentication in order to use the web.
I believe MSN messenger supports NTLM.

Greetings friends!
Lately I notice our yahoo messenger is having cache problems with squid.
When I just installed squid, the delay of ym messages would just be 2-5 seconds.
