Squid reload can cause
# ./squid -v
Squid Cache: Version 3.1.16
configure options:
'--enable-ssl' --with-squid=/squid-3.1.16 --enable-ltdl-convenience
Version 3.1.16 also show this problem. Let me test squid-3.1.18.
