Do you think the cause was the comma after www which killed the internet
?

No, that error was much earlier and is most likely not related to the
crash.
More likely the second url shown in the ctx dump is related somehow.

No! There was a rejoinder by the developer, who detailed the reason
and promised to give you patch once you submit a bug report ;)
Can't promise a patch before I see the bug report..
