Issue resolved (hurrah) :-) OK even if you are using DSO or not you NEED to have the php.ini in the path it wants to see it. Edit the vars that are complaining (under sessions near the bottom of the file) and anything else that takes you fancy. Restart httpd and wallop SM know works in ALL it gl
