Technically you don't need a php.ini as the way php is coded, it falls
back to defaults *if* one isn'

What I mean by bottom is the Bottom half of the left frame. Mail boxes
on the top bit error on the Bottom.
I will try the tip with php.ini and see if that clears it up.
