I just needed this bit
"I also replaced the 'header("Location: $redirect_url");' in
src/redirect.php with the line 'echo "Enter";'."

I am looking for any files that have carriage returns at the top now
and I do not see any so far. If what you suggested was the case how
come it would work sometimes and not work other times?

Does anyone know of any Quota plugin that works with hMailServer? I had
tried Quota Usage plugin but no luck. I also tried Disk Quota but I don't
think Disk Quota will work with hMailServer. Any help is greatly
appreciated...thanks

That's your choice. You could create a forwarder to route those messages
elsewhere, and change your default mail addr
