I am back, I looked a bit a the last updates on Courier-Imap on FreeBSD and it seems there was a bug on it because in any situation Courier-Imap was always compiled with FAM support and this is just what we don't want. So I compiled last Courier-Imap (4.0.6) on the system with no FAM support.
