[SM-USERS] Multilogin with vlogin

i want to use vlogin plugin with multilogin. i installed and configured both of them. i have two imap server and they request user's full email address to log in. i want users to login not full email address. They should login as "joe" not " [EMAIL PROTECTED]" and select domain with multilogin and

[SM-USERS] Create Folder Globally

i want to ask a question. As you know when an user login into squirreImail, three folders (INBOX.Trash, INBOX.Sent and INBOX.Drafts) is created as globally. Please tell me how can i create extra folders by globaly. Thank you very much. ---
