Can a user set their own timezone preferences relating to the header
message info?
The server is in one timezone but the client is in another. it is correct
but the user has to know to add/subtract the differences.

Thanks for the info. Please let me know if apache 2.0 on redhat 9.0 allows
redirecting and what is the directive to enable or disable it.
