Just like it is possible to create SquirrelMail Lite, it is possible to create SquirrelMail Extra. You re-arrange frame layout, fix links and targets, remove header from read_body.php and get something like you want. http://www.topolis.lt/screen-shots/squirrelmail/test/right_frame.jpg please note that right_frame.php is not available in squirrelmail and I've just created plain html page that contains two frames. right_main.php and read_body.php pointing at first message in the list.
