Not sure what is not really working, but if you can't receive mail (is
that the problem?) it might that you need to edit /etc/mail/access (to
allow relay for your new IP address (make sure you have a line in it
that says
y.y.y.y RELAY
in the file.

I use localhost for IMAP server in SM config. then, I just need to change
the machine's ip if required.
