Hi all,

I run a system with SM 1.2.11 for a small company. I have a user who has
complained on various occasions about mail going missing from her Trash
folder without her having purged it. I do not have any plugin installed
that would automatically prune the Trash folder so I am at a loss as to why
this might be happening.

I have tried to correlate web logs with requests for empty_trash.php with
the times she said she has intentionally deleted the trash folder but since
the office the requests come from is NATed, the logs aren't as helpful as
they could be.

Anyone have suggestions on how to try and troubleshoot this?
