After runnning './configure' and 'make configure-check' successfuly,

I have been having a re-accuring problem that thinking reinstalling my OS it
would of fixed it (I recompiled all binaries from stable CVS tree, and
recompiled/installed qmail/vpopmail/sqwebmail before reinstalling OS, thinking
it could be something corrupted within the box).

There is an autoresponder capability that could be used to generate delivery
receipts. Other than that, this is a job for your mail server.

First of all, this is the wrong list. Ask on the vpopmail list. Second,
this has been answered, do a search through the archives.
But to summarize the problem, you have your softlimit is not set high
enough to allocate enough memory to load your libc library. Increase that
value until you stop
