[sqwebmail] Newbie - problem in sqwebmail authentication

Hi all,   I am a newbie. I have installed sqwebmail on one of my linux machine, but it is not authenticating the users from /etc/passwd file.   My mail server is working fine otherwise. I am able to send/receive mails via outlook express. i have installed authpwd. Still its not working.

As Brian said, you cannot use authmod and vpopmail together.  You will have to choose between system or virtual accounts.  I could be mistaken, but so far all issues point to incompatibility due to reported vpopmail bugs.  I've been able to work around it like many others, but I only use vir
