Looks like `tls_threads_mode = 2` solved the issue. Has been running for more
than 4 days now.
BTW: We found out that the crash could actually be triggered by running `nmap
--script ssl-enum-ciphers -p 5061 example.com`, too. After some requests,

Its indeed not configured in the cookbook yet. For production use the value 2
is recommended. I'd give it a try on your production installation.

It's unconfigured. And I couldn't find any documentation for it except in the
sample kamailio.cfg file. So I don't know what the default is.
