kamailio segfault when doing t_precheck_trans() from tmx.so if Cseq
header missed or invalid
We received an invalid REGISTER request.
Normally, CSeq header is expected to be `Cseq: 2 REGISTER`, but client sent it
as `a9: 2 REGISTER`
I don't know is this an attack or a buggy/experimental
