I tried to disable the rtpproxy & indeed the issue is not present.
I put the subst_body at the end of the script ( in the branch_route
0.
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000.
a=fmtp:101 0-15.
a=nortpproxy:yes.

Hi,
it seems you are triggering RTPProxy after the subst_body (hence the
port and the parameter a=nortpproxy in the SDP).
Try removing RTPProxy.

I'm trying to replace the M part in the SDP Body.
Seems not working as expected ( I changed the "s" part without problems )
