Is it possible to set the natping_interval to a different value, per
registration, at the time the user registers? For example, user A has 10
seconds and user B has 60 seconds.

I just applied your last commit3a48835cf68f583ff2fbd7cec9bd76ddc0a1b6fc
and now It's working.
(Tested for empty match_exp with match_op 1 and 2)

That feature currently does not exist. The nathelper module is dependent on
a timer process. Keeping a timer for every registered user would be using
quite some resources.
