a 'trusted_reload' does neither make any query to database to
retrieve the data.
Other MI commands of same module do work correctly. ie: 'address_reload' or
'address_dump'
Note: I have tested in a Kamailio 1.5 and the result is the same.

Outbound provides the UAC a way to update a binding even if it reboots. For
