can you grab the sip trace with ngrep for such registration? Maybe the
expires for registration is less than 5 minutes. We can see that in the
sip trace.
Also, you should give the parameters you set in kamailio.cfg for usrloc
and registrar modules.

thank you for your input. my test case is this: kamailio+mysql with an IP
and asterisk with second IP. I add to mysql and set db_mode=2. the problem
is
two phones can be registered and online command can see the users. but after
while(less 5 minutes), the system comes out this error:

if there is nothing in output of kamct ul show, it means that there is
no registered phone. Be sure you have sip phone registered to kamailio.
Also, for persistence, you have to use db_mysql with a mysql server and
set usrloc parameter db_mode>0 (see the readme of the module).
