Perhaps you can make one from a regular 10 BA screw? Cut the head
off and slot the end of the screw for a flat-head screwdriver. It
should work fine. Otherwise you might try mail-order from Sulphur
Springs Steam Models. I have not looked but they may carry what you
need.

"Grubscrew" is a British term. I believe "Setscrew" in the English word.
Jun should be able to get a metric equivalent locally.
