Paul, I use a 4-5% solution. You'll have to work out how much water it goes into (distilled, of course), depending on the concentration of the acid you have. If it's drain cleaner, it's probably already diluted to around that concentration, but by all means check the label. And, please, rememb

I know that this has been asked a while back but . about a year ago or so there was a thread about using OSH sulfuric acid drain cleaner for pickling bass or copper before and after silver soldering . does any one know the % acid to water . Paul Gamlin
