I have found small nut drivers at electronics parts businesses other than
Radio Shack, and at businesses that specialize in nuts, bolts, and tools.

I didn't try the tools or buy them. I just saw that they had some little nut
drivers in a screwdriver set that looked like they might be handy. I think
that I may try the trick of using the little socket head cap screws with a
handle installed.
Personally, I prefer the hardened tip screwdrivers available at hobby shops and at
some tool places. Radio Shack mini drivers are soft and round off pretty darn quick.
