No. We've talked with the systemd developers about the possibility of
sssd fetching cgroups limits from LDAP and passing them on to
pam_systemd.so to set limits on processes. IIRC the person who
originally requested this was a university admin who wanted to restrict
what the students can and can't do on the machines centrally.

But it's not implemented yet.
