Server IP Check Most Council members don't see the need for this proposal. 3. OutOfBand Stream Data To be discussed at the next meeting, after the author incorporates feedback received on the standards@ list. 4. Mandatory-to-Implement Technologies for Jingle RTP Sessions The Council favors publication after Peter has modified it in accordance with discussion at the March 4 meeting. 5. Software Information has been updated after last call feedback. Consensus to issue a second Last Call. 6. Any other business? Somewhat lengthy discussion about XEP-0237: Roster Versioning. Peter and Kev to work on cleaning it up over the next two weeks in preparation for a Last Call (perhaps to be issued at the next meeting).
