Hello!

XEP-0280 currently only talks about type='chat' messages.  In order to
truly have a consistent view from all devices, wouldn't you want other
types of messages to be carbon'd too?  I'm not sure exactly what the
best rules would be, for example you would not want PEP events to be
included but there may be cases when it is appropriate to carbon
'headline' messages.

This may also be something to consider for MAM.  It might make sense for
those two to be consistent with each other.

What do people think?

PS:
The current mod_carbons for prosody includes 'chat' and 'normal'
messages and mod_mam saves messages 'chat' and 'normal' messages that
have a body element.
