Jonas is happy to ping via email, but if authors aren't listening for pings on their PRs then a better process should be found - Kev notes that the process has always been explicit about important discussion happening openly, i.e. on-list, not in GitHub. Zash asks whether there are any old XEPs to LC or Deprecate - Jonas has mostly cleared his shortlist, except for XEP-0390 (Entity Capabilities 2.0) and XEP-0313 (Message Archive Management) - Sam has a list somewhere. Sam recommends XEP-0054 (vcard-temp) and XEP-0055 (Jabber Search) for the axe.
