[Standards] Pubsub collection nodes question

Hi,

For http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0248.html#revs , does 
pubsub#children_association_policy relate to disassociating nodes as 
well, and if not, should it also be recommended to support a policy and 
whitelist for disassociation?
