Citi acquires 1 Crore shares of IFCI from Open Market. An EPS of Rs 4, Annual Dividend of Rs 1, and Revenues of Rs 4000 crore. With recoveries and NPA collections, should not the GOI focus on reviving this monolith, rather than going after IDBI. Any such moves could push IFCI to Rs 30-35. --
