It is hard to believe a book that looks so small is actually 385 pages.

The tools that PragProg provide to write a book are absolutely
fantastic.
For referencing code segments, they support different ways and you can
choose the way that you prefer. I like the numbered bullets. I've seen
it in other books from some years ago so I wouldn't say that it's new.
