ActionForm 'init' method to prepopulate the form

I think the cleanest way would be to have a "init"or "prepopulate" or ...  
method on the form for  prepopulating bean to be output on JSP page

I actually use actions to do this but
It will be  more simple, lighter and cleanest way to do it.
