  Added:       contrib/validator/src/share/com/wintecinc/struts/action
                        ValidatorActionForm.java
  Log:
  This class subclasses ValidatorForm and uses the action element's 'path' attribute 
in the struts-config.xml file.
  This will allow someone to have their validation rules tied to an action (if there 
is one for each for) instead of using "page=1".
